ANNOUNCING OUR 2025 SEASON

Palos Village Players Announce Exciting 2025 Season Lineup

Palos Park, IL – August 2024 – The Palos Village Players are thrilled to announce their highly anticipated 2025 season, featuring a dynamic mix of suspense, comedy, and musical theater.

Kicking off the season is the thrilling mystery, Rehearsal for Murder by D.D. Brooke, opening in FEB 2025. This gripping “play within a play” will keep audiences on the edge of their seats as a playwright uses the rehearsal of his new play to uncover the truth behind his fiancée’s mysterious death.

Next, in APRIL 2025, audiences will be treated to The Odd Couple: Female Version by Neil Simon. This delightful twist on the beloved classic brings Oscar and Felix to life as Olive and Florence, two mismatched roommates navigate the challenges of living together in a humorous and heartwarming tale. Directed by Julie Zebleckis.

Rounding out the season in NOVEMBER 2025 is the cult-favorite musical Little Shop of Horrors by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken. Audiences won’t want to miss this quirky and darkly comedic story of a down-and-out floral assistant who discovers a mysterious plant with a taste for more than just sunshine. Directed by David Bell.

In addition to this exciting lineup, the Palos Village Players are proud to host the world premiere of My Kind of Christmas, an original play by local playwright Dana Hall, debuting in December 2025. This heartwarming holiday production promises to bring the spirit of the season to life in a uniquely Chicago way. Directed by Stephen Bell and Assistant Directed Peter Bushacz
